Dr. Robert Crosby

Dr. Robert Crosby is passionate about helping leaders thrive and experience wholeness on the journey. He serves as the President/CEO of Emerge Counseling Ministries, a nationally-recognized organization that has served denominations, churches, pastors, and people in need for over 50 years. He and his wife, Pamela, are proud parents of four adult children and six grandchildren.

With a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Dr. Crosby has over 30 years of ministry leadership and higher education experience. This includes serving as a lead pastor in the Boston area and as Vice President at Southeastern University, as well as a professor of Pastoral Counseling and Leadership, and an adjunct professor at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Dr. Crosby has authored several published works including The Teaming Church: Ministry in the Age of Collaboration (Abingdon), More Than a Savior (Multnomah), When Faith Catches Fire (Waterbrook), and The One Jesus Loves (Nelson).

The Crosbys conduct conferences and retreats on church leadership, marriage, parenting, and soul care.
